2. Description of the Service
Algola Terminal is a technology product that provides crypto, stock, commodities and forex market data, charts, analytics, alerts, terminal interfaces, AI-powered market assessments, strategy tracking, risk-awareness tools, community content, and third-party platform connections.
Depending on the user's choice and the availability of relevant features, Algola may provide technical interfaces that allow interaction with third-party centralized or decentralized crypto-asset platforms, exchanges, wallets, API services, data providers, and protocols.

3. Algola’s Role
Algola is an educational, informational, and technology-focused software interface designed to help users access crypto, stock, commodities and forex market data, understand trading-related concepts, and improve their general risk awareness. Algola is not intended to replace the user’s own judgment or professional financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
Unless expressly authorized and properly licensed in the relevant jurisdiction, Algola is not:
- a crypto-asset service provider, brokerage firm, investment firm, portfolio management company, investment adviser, bank, payment institution, electronic money institution, custodian, exchange, broker, or dealer;

The provision of technical interfaces, analytics, notifications, API connections, wallet connections, or community access by Algola does not mean that Algola is the representative, agent, authorized party, custodian, guarantor, or legal responsible party of any third-party platform.
4. Third-Party Platforms and API Connections
Algola Terminal may allow the User to connect an API to a third-party platform or exchange account opened in the User’s own name.
Before connecting an API, the User acknowledges and accepts that:
- the third-party account belongs solely to the User, and the User is responsible for account security;
- API keys, API secrets, permission levels, IP restrictions, and security settings must be controlled by the User;
- where possible, the User should use API keys with no withdrawal permission, limited permissions, and active security protections;
- the User is responsible for independently reviewing API permissions, trading permissions, order types, access limits, and the risks of the connected platform;
- an API connection does not eliminate risks such as third-party platform outages, API errors, delays, incorrect data, order rejection, liquidity issues, slippage, liquidation, technical failures, or cyberattacks;
- the User is responsible for revoking API access through the third-party platform whenever desired.
Any instruction, order parameter, connection permission, trading preference, or technical approval given by the User through Algola is the User’s own decision. Algola does not replace the User’s independent judgment.

Algola may display, reference, integrate with, or provide technical access to third-party services, including exchanges, wallets, protocols, data providers, infrastructure providers, analytics tools, and other trading-related platforms.
Algola does not own, operate, control, supervise, or guarantee any third-party service. The availability of any third-party integration, connection, link, data source, or technical interface does not mean that Algola recommends, endorses, represents, guarantees, or assumes responsibility for that third-party service.
Users are solely responsible for deciding whether to access, connect to, or use any third-party service. Before using any third-party service, users must independently review that service’s terms of use, fees, risks, licensing or authorization status, security practices, and compliance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to them.
Algola does not guarantee that any third-party service is suitable, safe, risk-free, legally compliant, available, profitable, or appropriate for any user.
Algola does not require users to use, open an account with, connect an API to, deposit funds into, or trade on any specific third-party platform where such activity is restricted, prohibited, or would require authorization under applicable law.
Algola may maintain commercial relationships with third parties, including technology, infrastructure, data, integration, sponsorship, or business development relationships, only to the extent permitted under applicable law.
